Gater Barrier Has K12 Stopping Power

PRO Barrier Engineering and AutoGate, Inc. are offering the Gater, an anti-terrorism barrier with a low voltage (24-volt DC) operating system.

The barrier combines K12 vehicle stopping power (15,000-pound truck at 50 mph) with a simple and reliable all-electric operating system. Any input voltage may be used, or for remote sites without power there is a solar panel option. Other key features include:
